Public first
Route browsing works without a wallet or login.
Project charter
MGM is a public-interest hackathon project for Nepal. It gives commuters a way to browse transit information freely, then lets browser-wallet holders submit and verify updates without creating a conventional personal account.

Wallets identify contributions; MGM does not claim full anonymity.
The MVP has no custom token, mainnet rewards, or monetary promise.
Maps, route geometry, photos, search, and personal travel history do not belong on-chain. Solana is reserved for bounded claims, verifications, finalized outcomes, reputation, and transparent history.
Demonstration data only. MGM is not an official transportation authority.
How the layers work
Provides a free, keyless vector street map using OpenStreetMap data. The basemap does not verify MGM Native Routes.
Stores contributor-reviewed important points, waypoint intent, transportation details, local tips, and comments. It never turns sparse markers into a claimed road route.
Stores route-proposal hashes, independent verification, final status, bounded reputation, and an immutable trust history. Geometry and comments never go on-chain.
Stores searchable route data, contributor points, comments, reactions, and a trusted index of confirmed chain data. Dense road paths remain off-chain.
